For the duration of the ride the personnel assist the rider, customising each ride to his or her level of ability, thus making each ride enjoyable for all participating.

At the end of each ride the personnel, by use of the hand held control, release all tension on the elastics before removing the harness.

Once the rider is assisted off the trampoline the ride becomes available for the next rider; this changeover process taking generally less than one minute.
