Covering Fly 4 Fun legal liability to pay compensation to the general public for:
- Loss or damage to property
- Personal Injury
as a result of an occurence happening in connection with Fly 4 Fun operations.

PUBLIC LIABILITY
Limit of Liability - Any one Occurance $20,000,000

PRODUCTS LIABILITY
Limit of Liability - Annual Aggregate $20,000,000

Property in Physical and Legal Control $40,000

Excess: Each and Every Claim $6,000

Conditions
- Mandatory retention of the "AM-Safe" accreditation throughout period of insurance.
- Mandatory implementation of Affinity Risk Partners "risk managemanet" audit and recommendations.
